【training content】

theory:

Practical operation:

Subject 1: Safe Use of Electrical Instruments

Multimeter, clamp ammeter, megohmmeter, ground resistance meter, electrical safety equipment (low-voltage electroscope, insulated gloves, insulated shoes (boots), hard hat, eye protection, climbing board, safety belt, climbing pole foot buckle, carrying grounding Wire, insulation clamp, insulation pad, foot buckle, climbing board, etc.)

Subject 2: Safe Operation Technology

1. The motor unidirectional continuous belt jog operation circuit (control part) wiring

2. Three-phase asynchronous motor forward and reverse running main circuit wiring

3, three-phase asynchronous motor forward and reverse control operation wiring

4.Installation and wiring of single-phase electric energy meter band lighting lamp

5. Installation and wiring of single-phase electric energy meter with lighting lamp and socket.

6. Wiring of the motor operation control circuit with fuse (circuit breaker) instrument and current transformer (trial: only one current transformer and ammeter are connected, the others are shown in the figure).

Subject 3: Eliminating hidden dangers at the job site

1. Carefully observe the safety signs commonly used by electricians and correctly indicate their names and uses.

2. Carefully observe the pictures and videos provided, and point out the safety risks or occupational hazards in them. Combine the actual work tasks to eliminate safety risks and occupational hazards at the job site.

Subject 4: Emergency treatment at the job site
